Slow and steady. Maybe this is bad but I'm finding that if I really limit my points throughout the day (egg for breakfast, hummus and veggies for lunch) and then eat a regular dinner I lose the next day. Maybe it's just because I inadvertently would go over when I had less points at the end of the day. Anyway...it's nice to have more in the evening.
