Doin' great today, except for the occasional Brain Tumor!

I've decided to stop 'huntin and peckin' with my right ( good )hand. using my stroke affected left hand. Good way to get back to 100% ability again.

OK, lefty is tired. done for now. time to ride the exercise bike!

Oops forgot to mention that my myoclonic tumors seem to be reduced today. Is it the ultra hi fat diet from yesterday(and this am)?I am measuring using the normal observed triggers like pushing down on the sink or pulling down 'theiugyigol'. Will check after exercise, which seems to increase the tremors.(HUNTIN AN PECKIN' THIS PARAGRAPH, LOL)

(commenting on your last post and this one).. you sound good! Great job on getting the exercise bike! Work it-work it! You could set up a side business (me bad)... Interesting on the brain tumor not being able to use ketones. VERY interesting. Your on to something. Especially since you haven't had a seizure in 2 months! Hope that continues. You have a way with words, fish floppin..... yikes. Hunt and peck away, i enjoy reading!

You can also get TONS of calories if you eat macadamia nuts. ALL fat, just gotta find them discounted somehow, and munch away! I find the low carb diet I am doing, or should I say GOOD carb (veggies, broccoli, cauliflower soups I am making, spinach. DANG, that is also really expensive! SO, darn if you do, darn if you don't! I get sick of chewing all the meat too. HAHAH. TOo much work. Maybe you can make yourself a heavy cream bisque? That would add calories quickly as well, and be low carb.

yah, i bet there are some who are actuallyprofiting from illness. The dude who brought the bike over was very nice. we have a lot of people helping me and I am very humbled! GGood call on the macadamias. I eat brazil nuts, but the macs seem to have a bit more fat and less carbs/protein. plus they are sooo yummy. I'm still feeling my way with the carbs, and its so weird b/c I used to eat mostly carbs. I LOVE roasted cauli, so i hope it has a good profile. I did find a lo carb pizza crust recipe that uses riced cauli. plan to try it.Has to be better than the cream cheese/mozza crust that we ate last night....way too much cheese. I was a bit ill after that pizza!

I just made cauliflower soup a few days ago. And YOU can put cream cheese in it or heavy cream. Cauliflower is low low carbs. I Put it in my bullet blender after cooking it in a big pot. Seems to work. You can also make a sugar free cheese cake with a macadamia nut crust. Low carb crusts are hard to find. Pork Rinds are Carb free also, if you need a snack, high in sodium, but carb free.
