Tried to motivate myself by weighing in... My scale gave 4 different readings... From 258.8 too 262.6 I've taken it as a sign that I'm not supposed to weigh in more than once a week. :)

I think you must have got your scales from the same shop as me lol

LOL, seriously it normally doesn't do that, or at least not such a wide range. 0.2lb +/- I normally weigh myself about 3 times to make sure it's not a glitch. (I did it 5 the week before last and got the same reading every time, because I couldn't believe I had lost that much in a week).

I was the same apparently there can be a weight variance of between 2 and 4 pounds a day due to the way your body processes what you have eaten, water etc so dont worry you are doing brilliantly

Lol its so funny i do exactly the same. Twice on just weight then once for the % breakdown

While that is true Helen it's normally across a day. Not the minute or so I weighed myself in ;) I would really like to be under 260 next week (Hell I would LOVE to be 255 as that's 1/3rd of my original weight lost, but that's simply not going to happen).

Hrm, since your scale is so finicky, maybe you should measure yourself to get you motivated. It has worked for me in the past. :D
