Why do you think you're having trouble keeping in the right frame of mind? Do people keep inviting you out to dinner and lunch. Gosh, stop being so popular already. :P

Jonny: So true but Its irritating me, to be so far behind the curve.
TBB: Both Monday and Tuesday I dined alone. So I can't even blame my popularity as a dinner companion.
Bella: That's pretty much the way I feel exactly. It's obviously still there because I walked past things I was craving again the last 2 nights in a row. But Monday and Tuesday I just let go for those meals. Though at least it was just the one meal both times.

You always have to look how far you have come. I try to look at my loss as half full rather than half empty if i didn't then the little ups and downs would drive me mad. I hate exercise too so as i am doing it i don't think how much time i have left i prefer to think i am half way to finishing and I've done the worst part of actually starting :)

Yea but it doesn't stop it irritating me that I know I can and should be doing better without sabotaging myself by eating stupidly two days in a row. I'm getting so close to target now. And my reason for wanting to be at (or at least close to) target is only 6 weeks away.

I agree and we both know you can do it. You might just have to be tough obsess yourself for a few weeks :)

You are not alone riocaz, I often sabotage myself when I'm close to hitting my goal weight. I wish I could offer advice, but I don't know why I do it either... But 6 weeks to lose a couple of pounds sounds very achievable. Don't give up!!
