Today is my rest day from exercise, my body can feel it. I am noticing way more muscle in my legs now that I am jogging. I am doing a 5k on March 2 so I am getting hopeful that I can jog the whole way.

I am tall I am 5' 10". Actually its 5' 9 3/4" but I round it up. =)
