Today is day 2 of the new diet plan and I'm looking forward to logging a great lower weight Sunday. When I was at the Doctor's office at the beginning of day 1(pre-diet) I weighed 233.6---on day 2 of the diet in the middle of the afternoon I'm showing at 229 even after lunch. Yay! Back into the 220's. I'm still doing my daily weighing but I'm not going to record my weight until Sunday as usual. This will give me results from 3 days of "extreme diet" and then 1 full day of normal LC. So if any weight is going to come back it should show by Sunday morning. Who knows, maybe the high carb/low calories followed by low carb/moderate calories will really shake up my system and the pounds will start melting. I'm hoping that by the time I graduate (in 6 weeks) I'll have a new body too!
