Day 3 of 3 is now complete! I've been a TOTAL scale addict the past 3 days so last time I was on them I was down to 227. I'm excited to see what tomorrows weight shows. I mentioned earlier that I'm not going to record my weight until my usual Sunday check in so I'm going to stick to that and I'll do my weighing and measuring both at the same time. Tomorrow is back to LC and I have been craving pizza so I'll be making some form of LC pizza. I'm thinking I may try the oopsie roll recipe as the crust instead of rolls and adding toppings. The final decision will be made...well when I get it on the table. I'm horrible about making final decisions when it comes to food. I tend to change things at the last second. Getting more and more anxious about results on Sunday. I hope everything is going as well as expected. Dang hormones are really messing up my weight loss.

Conversation Dialogue:
Me: Will this cause weight gain?
Dr: Absolutely not! This is one of the forms that is so popular because it doesn't affect weight.
Me: GREAT!

Pull out pamphlet and begin reading side effects:
X, XX, XXX, XXXX, Noticeable Weight Gain
Put down pamphlet. "HE SAID IT WASN'T A SIDE EFFECT!"
