Fast day # 4 today - food packed for breakfast and I'll eat it around 11 a.m., although I am feeling quite hungry this morning.

No change on the scales this morning so I'm happy enough with that.

You're doing good, my friend. :) It looks like your fast days generally work for you. How do you cope with morning hunger? Are you okay with simply ignoring it until YOU decide to eat?

Looks that way, KK - today I felt a bit hungry but got so busy at work I didn't eat my breakfast until 12 noon! I'd forgotten about food and hunger. I'd far rather do that than eat breakfast at the usual time and then have the whole foodless day stretching ahead of me. I have my coffee at normal breakfast time and drink loads of water to stem the hunger pangs when they come.
