A tiny gain since yesterday, but still feeling pretty positive!
134.5 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks for the kind words! I am feeling so much less deprived on this low carb diet. It really makes it so much easier to stick with it, even when there are days that I don't lose a lot or gain a little. At least I dont feel like I have to stop living life because of a diet. :-) Wooohooo!
