Ran out of time last night for my workout that I had planned and I won't be home tonight (date night) so I'm hoping for tomorrow to get back to my cardio. Between 2 jobs and trying to keep a bit of a life, it's hard to fit in but I do want it. I just need to find a balance, which is really hard.
But. I'm down 15 lbs since January and I plan to get to my 1st major goal (155) by my birthday in mid-July. Then I'll tweak the weight loss from there. I have been down as low as 139 before and felt really good. For my height, the "goal weight" that is set by those charts and the bmi is between 110-135 so I'll see what I look and feel like as I go. When I was losing before, I targeted 120-125 but I remember looking and feeling good at 145 so we'll see where I land.
....I just really want my clothes back lol.
I saw a quote that keeps sticking in my head. I may use it as my motto. There may come a day when you cannot do this. This is not that day.
