Glad to see 134 again....I did go up just a little from yesterday but I did eat a ton of salty stuff so this doesn't suprise me. I hope to see it again tomorrow. I sould be able to really do well today.
134.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
