If you will notice, there is no more entering weight or food. I'm following Dr. Jenn Berman's "No More Diets" to see if I can learn how to do this without depriving myself or berating myself. It will also help me learn how to have trigger foods in my house without binging on them. One of the main reasons I've been successful is that I don't keep anything in my house that will tempt me. If you look at my weight chart, you can see exactly when I was not in my own house. Spikes every time because I haven't learned how to resist when temptations are easily accessible.

She even suggests that there should be no more "diet talk." I want to continue this journal and my relationships with my FS buddies, so I'm going to be writing more about my feelings and progress than I will about what I did or did not eat. And last night was not a healthy night for me. Valentine's Day is the dumbest holiday that most of America celebrates. Even if I was in love, there is so much pressure on that day. It causes couples to over spend, over eat, and over expect, and it causes single people to feel unloved. What is good about that? If you're in love, shouldn't you do sweet things for your honey all the time?

I totally agree about V-day. If you are really in love you don't need another "retail" holiday to stress out over. Good luck with your new WOE and please keep us posted.

WOW, I hope it works! If you get control of those trigger foods and can have them in your house, you must tell... that is a very hard thing for me as well.
