Went to my WW meeting this evening. Their scales...down 1.8 from last week! That feels good! (I use my home scales, morning weight, to record on Fat Secret.)

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 February 2013:
1264 kcal Fat: 31.08g | Prot: 58.79g | Carb: 206.46g.   Breakfast: Vegan Granola Muffins, fresh orange, tea. Lunch: Baked Lays, string cheese, cottage cheese, fresh pineapple, vinegar, 100% grapefruit juice. Dinner: Kroger carbmaster yogurt, banana, can pineapple. Snacks/Other: apple, hard boiled egg, string cheese, fresh baby carrots, cucumbers, fresh celery. more...
