Went to my WW meeting this evening. Their scales...down 1.8 from last week! That feels good! (I use my home scales, morning weight, to record on Fat Secret.)

1264 kcal Fat: 31.08g | Prot: 58.79g | Carb: 206.46g.   Breakfast: Vegan Granola Muffins, tea, fresh orange. Lunch: cottage cheese, string cheese, Baked Lays, vinegar, fresh pineapple, 100% grapefruit juice. Dinner: banana, can pineapple, Kroger carbmaster yogurt. Snacks/Other: fresh celery, fresh baby carrots, cucumbers, apple, hard boiled egg, string cheese. more...
