I feel I have had a good week. My number is down a bit. I like that direction! Saturday I will try again at my fast. Not riding or hooping tonight. I have been out and I am tired.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
