I'm trying something I have never done before - The Fat Fast. Yeah, I know, I know, but I seem to have a really hard time getting into ketosis anymore and I've been stuck at the same weight for MONTHS! Since I have three days off (Tue, Wed, Thurs) I thought it would be the ideal time to do this thing. Day two - can't say I feel great, but I AM down two pounds. Of course, all I did was pee all day yesterday. ROFL

Today is another day full of working on promoting my music studio and ferrying kids to dentist, library and pet food store. I love my life. :)

Are you just eating the cream cheese and macadamia nuts like the book suggests? I have thought about doing this but don't think I could manage on what the book says to eat-and what happens when you start eating regular (Atkins of course) again?

No. I'm just eating five 200 cal meals keeping the fat between 75-90%. I don't like macadamia nuts, but I could probably eat cream cheese muffins all day! lol
