Day 9! Weighed in about a dozen times. The 1st 2 were 3lbs heavier, the last 10 were identical. I didn't believe the scales until the last 2.
DAY 9!
I know this is uncommon enough to know that the next few days could be heavier than today. I believe that the 243's are gone.
240.5 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
