Not a fat child. Leveled off at about 155 in high school. Always did sports. Got into exercise between college and high school and weighed my lifetime low of 139. College found me around 160-166. After that, past 18 yrs has been putting it on. Dont drink, dont smoke, dont drink sugar drinks. I Love all cookies and salty snacks, and all cerals. I was up to 3 or 4 bowls of ceral a day. Could be bran flakes, corn flakes, cherrios, with NO added sugar. Time to change. I'm not the example I wanted to be for my children. And I'm not happy about my physical limitations, rough sleep, always tired. Since getting heavy I've only dieted maybe 3x total. 2x I took my BMI down below the obese range, but then put it all, plus more, back on again. I've never made it more than a month on any diet. I can't wear any of my Xtra FAT dress clothes. And the really big kicker was all my XL shirts are tight, some show my belly button. Lucky 2x and 3x exist. But really?! I used to wear a medium. I believe this time is the time. Lock and Load!
