Up two pounds this morning. Pretty sad, but I guess that there will be hick-ups along the way. I did stay in my calorie allotment each day, so I can feel good about that!
307.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 150.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1878 kcal Fat: 50.74g | Prot: 57.27g | Carb: 314.33g.   Breakfast: frozen mixed berries, 7 Grain Hot Cereal, yogurt, honey, frozen spinach, milk. Lunch: Baby Carrots, chunky chicken noodle soup, Celery, graham crackers, tangerine, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Baked Ruffles Potato Chips. Dinner: original chili with beans, Sundae Nut Cones, cheese blend, diced tomatoes with green chiles, Plain Corn Chips. Snacks/Other: pudding cup, Jolly Rancher. more...
