My weight gained and stopped on 74.6 for 3 days loooool...It happened to me when i was 76, and then i lost it...I think my body takes more time to adjust a new weight...Also, i drink a lot of water and running (jogging) 30 mins every day.

You're doing great Nodaa. I was stuck at 180 lbs for 10 day - ugh! But then yesterday I started to lose again. You're right.Your body needs time to adjust. You're doing everything right, so you will lose more weight.

Thanks a lot everyone...I think i get used with it looool...Today, i gained 2 grams, but the same weight looool still 74...I am thinking to stop weighting myself, and just weight after one week! :D
