In the past, i couldn't eat any sweets which led to overeating and emotional eating, too...I thought that sweets are the cause of gaining weight, However, i understood that is all about lifestyle! I eat sweets everyday depend on my calories intake, and i am losing weight more and more!!! Wow, sounds great!

I hope you are enjoying those special Ramadan foods. They are a treat. I know what you mean about eating more. I have to keep reminding myself to eat. I have to keep thinking of foods to keep my calories up. I found out that I have to keep a minimum of 1400 calories instead of 1200. Everybody is different, I guess.

That's interesting, Runesinger...how did you figure out 1400 was the magic number? What happened that tipped you off to adjust the calories, & how long did it take you to settle on 1400?

I looked at my weight history, and I noticed that when my diet calendar showed my intake below or at 1400 calories, my weight loss slowed down or stopped.

Ya Robin, i just eat too much everyday, and i am losing weight looool...My sister saw me and said, you are just eating every hour and not keeping your mouth away from food, and you are losing weight looool! She was surprised about that...Ramadan gonna be next month, but these days i am not eating breakfast because i just wakeup in the evening loool...I am enjoying my summer with sleeping late at night because i just spend time with my boyfriend and going to cinemas and so on :D

Thats my motto "Eat to lose". My husband´s family is amazed with how much I eat and I am losing LOL They cannot believe my breakfast LOL I dont eat sweets much though, except for occasional chocolate. Good job Nodaa!

hahaha anapdc, same in here!....I really like sweets, i won't work without eating some sweets....I choose to eat some cookies, fruit chocolate bar, and so on...I do not like to eat salty food, as chips..It always make me hungry and thirsty...Sweets Lead me to feel FULL :D

I love the 100 calorie fudge shoppe cookies. They are just the right amount to fix my chocolate craving.
