End of week one lost 7 lbs. Very Happy with the results so far. Feel great about the eating habits change. No red meat is no biggie; no coffee is no biggie. Slipped one day and HAD to have a pizza. That day my caloric intake was above 1300. Been keeping it under 1200 every day. Love the fish & chicken & fresh veggies every day and the granola breakfasts. Not sure I feel the weight loss except I have to keep pulling my pats up, which is also new for me (get it?). Will post next week also.

You might not know this but being a man and higher weight, you could probably lose just as well eating 1500-2000 calories a day. 1200 calories is the least amount of calories a woman needs in order to maintain proper nutrition. You might be losing quite a bit of muscle because your body isn't getting enough fuel. make sure your get plenty of protein and don't be afraid to eat more. A diet needs to be sustainable in order to keep it off. Your doing great though.
