Heu guys!

It's Tuesday, and it's a long day for me!

First, i'm gonna do my usual work routine, and then I'll be teaching the kids some rock'n'roll manners at the school. :)

It's a good day.

It would have been better, though, had I had a good night's sleep and had I not given in to cookies yesterday. lol.

I had crazy cravings that kept calling me, and I actually ended up baking cookies, something I NEVER do! Because of this, they got to be CRAZY big! lol. I had one. That's all. I swear! :)

Last night, I just couldn't sleep again. I think work is bugging me, and that is what makes me not able to sleep, and I think that is also what makes me stress and want to eat bad things more than I usually do.

I will try to clear all this up over the coming time.

Today is another day. I'm on track, I have all my foods recorded for the day, and I will do good.

I just hope I can stay awake.

I woke up after 4 hours of sleep, at half past midnight. Wife and I go to sleep early, as we get up at 4 am. Midnight is a wee bit too early though, I should say.

I stayed in bed, but to no avail. I was awake until about 3:30. Then I finally fell asleep, and had trouble waking up. Hrmff... This is why I usually just get up. It's easier to stay up than to fall asleep and fight to get up AGAIN.

Anyways, that's how things are today. Today will be reasonably easy at work, and this will give me a chance to get things moving towards better rest. I will do this!

Sorry to hear you didn't get much sleep, hopefully you can make up for it tonight - I'm sure you'll be exhausted by bedtime! And I wish you luck in clearing up the work issues, I know how little things can keep you up at night. Enjoy your night teaching!

Bummer about the sleep! Just make sure you stand a lot. Hard to fall asleep standing up! Take care and sleep better tonight!

I have sleeping issues sometimes too, especially when caffeine intake is too high. HOWEVER... mine is falling asleep, not staying asleep. Mind starts racing and I can't fall asleep. Exercising hard helps, but I've found the best secret... sudoku. I do a few puzzles on my iphone and when my eyelids start drooping or I fall asleep with it in my hand (more than a few times), when I come to again, I put the phone away and turn off the light (if it's not already off). I figure it makes my brain turn off all those other naggings and allows sleep to come. Focuses my thinking. If you're tabby is one with apps, give it a shot. When you find yourself waking, pop a game on, focus your brain. If you go back to sleep, awesome! If not, well, you're exercising your brain, too. Good luck today! I'm sure it'll be just fine once you get to rock out!!

I battle cravings when I am stressed as well. Today it was chocolate, but I didn't give in...at least not yet! Hope you get things straightened out at work soon. Have a great day!
