I have sleeping issues sometimes too, especially when caffeine intake is too high. HOWEVER... mine is falling asleep, not staying asleep. Mind starts racing and I can't fall asleep. Exercising hard helps, but I've found the best secret... sudoku. I do a few puzzles on my iphone and when my eyelids start drooping or I fall asleep with it in my hand (more than a few times), when I come to again, I put the phone away and turn off the light (if it's not already off). I figure it makes my brain turn off all those other naggings and allows sleep to come. Focuses my thinking. If you're tabby is one with apps, give it a shot. When you find yourself waking, pop a game on, focus your brain. If you go back to sleep, awesome! If not, well, you're exercising your brain, too. Good luck today!
