Good morning!

It's Monday, and today's a good day!

I woke up early as always, and hung out with Wife while we were getting ready. After she left, I watched the first disk of the Paul McKenna videos to start getting back into that groove.

I like the videos, they give me food for thought (the only food that REALLY is calorie free!) and it motivates like crazy.

After that, I practiced a while on my bass and then I went to the gym before work.

I'd say it's a morning well spent. :)

So, now I am at work, and doing great. I have no hunger, no need for foods, but I am of course looking forward to lunch time, which is in about 90 minutes. Still, I'm not in a hurry at all.

I have a few meetings throughout the day, and that's fine. I'm pretty well rested and in a great mood.

Last week I gave myself some time off from weighing in. The weighin-in I got on Saturday morning wasn't bad at all. I am perfectly okay with it.

I did, however, choose to wait weighing in again. I kinda liked the feeling, and I want to see if it will benefit me to NOT weigh in this close after my Indulgence Day.

Let's see what happens.

Today will have to be a short journal. I have stuff to do - I am at work after all. lol.

So, today I'm thankful for:
- Starting on the McKenna series again.
- Bass in the morning!
- Hitting the gym! Yay! It's good to feel that I'm doing something!

Yes ma'am. I did look into the Shine you suggested. Apparently, it's not in the market just yet. It's interesting though. A nice little thing. My major gripe with it (as well as with the Fitbit Flex) is that they completely missed the boat on making it a watch at the same time. You already have it around your wrist. It's already electronic. Why not give you some kind of time indicator?!? I'm intrigued though.

Always positive...and no book today? ;-) I know you know about my diabetes break through, but I'm getting back to my schedule and going to beat JP to under 200lbs...Later buddy!
