Busy weekend done, busy week ahead.

My son's headache seems to be disappearing. I am not sure if the meds help as much as my attempts to de-stress him. He is really affected by stress. He is just 16 and he tries to take on the problems of the worls - hell, I can't even take on the problems of the world!

We started working on some self hypnoisis to give him some techniques for relaxation. It is amazing how much your brain can do if you just let it. It has helped in his attempts at sleep, so I am pleased. Without sleep, the battle against the migraine is insurmountable.

I am hoping for a good week and also wish the same for all of you!
