Well..I guess t he diet soda or coffee is not helping me. I figured giving up all bread/pasta/sweet etc...and still keeping my net carbs under 20, It wouldn't matter, but I'm on day 6 and have only had the 2 lb. drop as of day 2. Auuuuuggghhh!!!! I'm also pms-ing...we'll see what happens.

That's why - because you are PMSing! Us women can fluctuate up to like 5 pounds at TOM, I bet once you are done you'll see the weight fall off for a minute, because you are no longer retaining water and bloating etc. Keep hope!
