Disappointed that I didn’t lose anything this week as I have kept up my exercising and have eaten well :-(
185.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, it's just hard to stay motivated when you have done everything right and still you haven't lost anything. On the positive side I suppose I haven't put any weight on :-)
