I am feeling better with my weight loss now...First, when my weight stopped losing after my low calorie diet, and switched to eat based on my daily intake calories, i thought i am doing wrong! Or, it won't work with me...When i saw the decreasing results last days, it was the FACT of its results...It works! Recently, i am happy with my weight loss plan...Whatever it takes time, i am sure i gonna lose more weight...

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 July 2010:

I am so glad your weight loss plan is doing well. What does your family say? Are they noticing your weight loss yet? I hope your plan keeps going well through Ramadan. I know you can do it!

Ya, they noticed :D...Today, my sisters came from France, and suddenly they said oh you lost weight! It made me motivated...I am looking forward to reach 69 :D...It will be the first time i reach this number looool...I never see number 6 in my weight hahaha..... In Ramadan, people eat too much and overeat, especially sweets! I am not worried that much because i gonna have enough calories for my dinner...I just looking for choosing healthy choices as usual.
