Being 50+ and getting back into good health and a good physical shape is a challenge. In watching my progress since I got back on the road of health and fitness I've learned that having a stick with it spirit and not giving up even when I mess up is the way to go. I've have to tweak my diet and exercise to see what works for me as well as change my workout routines so that my body doesn't get use to the routines. I've also found out that some of my friends and family really don't want to hear about my journey. For whatever reason (it's there problem-not mine)they have a hard time supporting me. I push forward because this is strictly for me and every morning when I look in the mirror and see a slimmer and healthier me I give thanks and smile the biggest smile ever. LIFE IS GOOD!!!
