Lost .4 tenths of a pound and that is good. I really have to understand how to even eat less all the time. Very important to eat but now that I have 31 pounds to go need to really concentrate on eating a little less every day so that I keep the calories at 1400 to 1600 per day and that will drop the weight alot faster.
