Lost .4 tenths of a pound and that is good. I really have to understand how to even eat less all the time. Very important to eat but now that I have 31 pounds to go need to really concentrate on eating a little less every day so that I keep the calories at 1400 to 1600 per day and that will drop the weight alot faster.
181.8 lb Lost so far: 51.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just watch that your not eating TOO LITTLE.. your body will shut down and you won't lose it. It will hold on to every little bit it can to not starve. Looking at your count your carbs are high and protein low for today. Lets talk about it we'll get you where you want to be.
