I went shopping today with my mother and a friend. I did not get enough water in today. Walking was good. At lunch had a pizza and a salad. I feel I ate too much today. Seems when I am out of my "element" is where I have problems. I really need to somehow work on that. I am not always (or want to) "go to work and come home" just so I know exactly what I am going to eat. I want to learn my limits, and not just eat because I am out. BUT...Lord knows I can do that at home with a husband that brings home junk food!
