Today I had the following:

Morning
Water (6 glasses)
Lunch
Egg/Bacon Sandwhich & Fusion tea drink; Cracker with spread
Snack
Orange Juice
Dinner
Baked chicken, 1/2 avacado, tomatoe and salad with olive oil/mustard/vinegar dressing
Snack
thin rice cake w/ thin layer of Nutella

I worked out with Trainer x 1 hour
