Fat: 95.67g | Prot: 106.62g | Carb: 176.13g.   Breakfast:  water. Lunch:  bacon, bacon and egg sandwhich on wheat bread, boiled egg, cracker, mayo, spread. Dinner:  avacado, chicken breast, lemon, olive oil, salad, tomatoe, vinegar, yellow mustard. Snacks/Other:  cheese cubes, nutella, orange juice, red wine, rice cake.
