Egg/Bacon Sandwhich & Fusion tea drink; Cracker with spread

Orange Juice
Dinner
Baked chicken, 1/2 avacado, tomatoe and salad with olive oil/mustard/vinegar dressing
Snack
thin rice cake w/ thin layer of Nutella
