Yay for getting back on track. You can do it but just you mentioning french fries makes me drool. I've been seeing them everywhere LOL I miss good old Jersey diner cheese fries. The carb cravings should be over in a day or two don't worry

You can do it.I fell of track atleast a dozen of times and somehow managed to get back.I started at 84kilo,and in between failing and trying managed to get down to 70kilo.Now I re-commited myself again and trying to get down to 50kilo.For now my goal is 60kilo by 1st september. So bottom line is if we stay strong we can do it sooner or later.Best of luck.

RH, you just have to get past these beginning days again (because you are starting over), then stay the heck away from the no-no's!!! lol Seriously thouhg, perhaps when you are roaming the house, looking for a food to eat, any food, you should fire up the old computer and write about it in your journal instead. Or write a pm to a buddy and tell them about it. You may be surprised how effective that is for redirecting that restless energy!
