Well, I'm nearly back to 100% after not even 1 week, after cutting out all animal proteins and upping my fruit. Kidney is fine, energy is almost at annoying levels for a Monday morning, and I'm right as rain again.Face glowing, Stomach flat, mood chirpy, and dropped weight.No low carb for me anymore, what a mistake. I felt so ill, it's unbelievable. People were starting to worry about me. I can't get over the fact how quickly I recovered after stopping 6 months of low carbing.After my heart started burning!Too much! It defo wasn't any good for me. Sorry body!! :(

Great that you are feeling better. What strategy will you use to get you to goal weight if low carb does not work for you :)

Well actually, cutting out the "crap" seems to be doing it. I don't eat sugar or wheat, no simple carbs. I eat when I'm hungry.I also choose a lot of nutrient dense food.(I'm lucky, in the fact that I don't really like junk food at all, and happily eat fruit and salads all day (always have), so it's not a chore-it's what I like.) It works just fine! I'm full all the time,Actually, my calorie intake is too low, as I'm just not hungry, I've got to watch it. I eat loads of fruit (which I love), and it doesn't hamper me at all. I try and eat my fruit during the early part of the day, though. I'm losing weight, my tummy is much flatter, but most importantly, I feel good. Just wasn't for me, hope you have better luck! :)

I actually feel OK but I will be sure to keep listening to my body. I love veggies and salads and these are the things I still eat. I don't enjoy too much meat. I'm getting closer to the weight I need to be so I need to keep forging ahead. Anyway glad you are feeling better ;-)
