O.M.G. I can't believe how much better I feel after ONE DAY of cutting out meat. I got my energy back almost, and my kidney is not as tender. Wow. I don't eat as much, so I have to watch the cals. AND.. I dropped a pound straight off, and my belly gone flatter. It was getting big, weirdly enough, while not gaining weight. Stick with it!

Diet Calendar Entry for 17 January 2013:
1258 kcal Fat: 78.72g | Prot: 56.84g | Carb: 81.47g.   Breakfast: hemp, flax seed, cinnamon, Coconut Milk, strawberry, blackberries, Coconut Milk, raspberries. Lunch: salad, mushroom soup. Dinner: value stir-fry, tofu, soft, coconut oil. Snacks/Other: coconut water, atkins advantage bar, walnuts. more...
