Down to 154. I know a lot of my losses and gains are due to water. I guess I'm starting to get used to that. I just need to keep that in mind next time the scale shows a gain. I got my blender working again so now I can make plenty of Atkins friendly smoothies for snacks instead of those sugar free chocolates
154.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good for you. You are doing such a great job. I do have some wonderful Atkins friendly dessert recipes if you'd like. And yes, they are much better than those SF treats.
