Another good day food-wise. Yesterday I passed up donuts and chocolate and it wasn't hard. Thankfully I've already passed the 4th day of induction. After that day, as long as I don't cheat, I'm pretty much not tempted. Once I cheat, it turns on the cravings again so I'm just not bothering this time.

I DID get up this am and walked the treadmill for 30 minutes before work. I was going to do another 30 tonight and still may but I need to get my house in order and do some work. Last night after the workout I was so tired I *forced* myself to stay up until 9. Otherwise, 730 would have been the end of me. Still need to cook dinner and put together food for tomorrow. My son and I have dinner each Thursday so still need to figure out what to make for us. Probably chicken again. He doesn't mind too much as long as he doesn't have to cook or clean lol.

I wanted to throw my scale against the wall this am. I got 5 completely different readings in a row (the first was abnormally high), about 4.5 lbs between the lowest and highest. I had already changed out the battery before that and it's only a year old. I had to verbally remind myself that I'm not the number on the scale and to let it go before it frustrated the crap out of me. So I decided to not record a number since I couldn't tell which was accurate. Although I really liked the 191.8.....

Maybe tomorrow will be a better day for the scale. Otherwise its days may be numbered...
