So I still hate my scale but at least it's consistent. I think the bacon may be stalling me as I know pork normally does but I didn't think about it being *made* from pork (duh) although it's never bothered my metabolism before. But I'm older this time and my thyroid may be holding me back some. I'm noticing changes in my face and I can squeeze back into my jeans again, so that's a positive. Just wish it would come off a little more consistently like it used to. Before, I'd normally lose 9 lbs the first 2 weeks. I'm on day 11 and I'm down 2.6. Overall, I'm down 5 since the first of the year and at some point the weight will let go, it always does.

I didn't work out the past couple days and may/may not tonight but def will tomorrow, put in some extra time. I have a work deadline for tomorrow night so I have to put in the time before that and I'm not at my peak right now, so if I have energy left tonight, I will walk. If not, I'll tack it on to tomorrow throughout the day.
194.4 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 49.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Make sure you're drinking lots of water and eating lots of green, leafy veggies. Also, since you're exercising, be sure you're eating enough calories. FatSecret can calculate your RDI of calories for you :) Good luck!
