Well, the scales aren't drastically moving, but this morning I saw and felt a big change in my body. More like, in my fat rolls around my middle. They used to be kind of solid and now are looser. TMI? lol. The last time I did Atkins I recall this happening, can see body changes, clothing looser, muscles feel stronger, etc before the scales really show the changes. Feels good. Joined the walking challenge and that will improve results I'm sure.
