I woke up feeling good with no cravings at all. Then within 2hrs. I felt a major urge to eat chocolate cake, ice cream and Oreos all in one go. I found my appetite swing rather dramatic and then it hit me: TOM is fast approaching which always makes me crave sugar! Fortunately, I don't have many treats in the house, but we do have some.
This is the first day I'm really craving something, so I'm gonna have to white-knuckle through this and slowly step away from the pantry and hope a cup of tea takes the edge off. Not really the same, but until they make a chocolate cake tea; peppermint will have to suffice.
