Fat: 31.15g | Prot: 80.30g | Carb: 102.03g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Raspberries, Walnuts. Lunch:  Cooked Red Cabbage (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Tilapia (Fish). Dinner:  Chili Con Carne with Beans. Snacks/Other:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Chocolate Muffin, Cream Cheese, Frozen Blueberries, Smoked Salmon, Steady Eddie.
