Still on track. Walking a minimum of 30 mins each day or if weather is too bad doing 30 mins on the exercise bike.

Also trying to do 15 mins each day on the vibro board.

Lost 2 lbs this week in 4 days so hope this is the start of the lbs coming off.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
