Fat: 38.55g | Prot: 65.51g | Carb: 281.43g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Bananas, Green Tea, Oats Cereal (Instant, Prepared with Water, Fortified). Lunch:  Sandwich. Dinner:  Beef in Red Wine Sauce, Boiled Potato, Carrots, Green Peas, Parsnips. Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Corn Flakes.
