Today will be 7 full days of logging all my food and exercise and I have to say it's been going well. It's not a big deal and it has helped keep me on track. If I put it in my FS diaries then that is what I eat and that is what I do; as I'm a bit nuts that way.

I wish you all great weekend and remember its perseverance that wins the race!
