Momentum is a very powerful thing. It makes each passing day a bit easier to stay on track. Your focus becomes clearer and your motivation even stronger. Bank up enough good days and and before you know it your building real habits! I want to reach my goal more than I want to over eat.

Hi Josie, thank you for visiting my journal yesterday. Momentum is a powerful thing, but it has been really hard for me to get my Mo back! I've also read that habits need about 28 days to take hold. So I need to get back to where I was about 8 months ago and undo some major damage! Good luck to you on your goal!
