A very busy day of work plus getting my regular housework done. Fortunately, today is not an exercise day, so at least that gives me a chance to chill this evening. I had to have a very late lunch and all I wanted to do was shove my face into a cake, but of course I didn't do that because of the shame of having to put that into my food diary. Logging everything you eat at FS really is a deterrent to go off the rails for me.
