Sherillynn's Journal, 11 January 2013

Yesterday was sort of a diet failure for me. Not from the standpoint of verring off the diet but I was unable to get in the carbs or the calories that I needed. I had a class for work and when I got home, I literally went to bed at 1830. Whipped, exhausted and not able to keep my eyes open. Who would think focusing and studying would do that?

So after 12 hours of sleep, I am awake and ready to roll today.I thought I would get some walking done last night but even if I'd had the energy, it was pouring rain. Now today, we have a thick blanket of fog. The good news is that I am wide awake and ready to go!

I sure am thankful that I have a job to go to in this economy. (Even if they do make me learn new stuff!)I'm also thankful for my husband, who is so supportive and who spoins me from the minute I get up in the morning. We have an anniversary coming up in 2 weeks and I am thinking of ways to return some of that spoiling to him. Any suggestions?

****The nieghbor just brought me about 20# of venison, including the back straps! I am in heaven! Guess what I'll be having for dinner tomorrow!

Geez, I'm an idiot. I did fine all day today and then I saw a jar of open frosting. What is my deal?
