I had a good day.

I'm trying to do this slowly - no rush to loose the weight. I want to be healthy and continue with the LCHF Lifestyle (which has many other health benefits apart from making one loose the excess weight).

Tomorrow morning I am going to the dentist (from 09:00 to 12:30) and I wonder how my current state of ketosis would fare with the medication I'm going to receive. I'm sure I should be fine :)
