I'm so elated - I lost another 2kg!

Looking forward to see how far this challenge will bring me towards achieving my weight goal.

Really amazing to have others doing this challenge together with me. So much different than just doing it alone!

Thats fantastic!! Keep on keeping on. I agree its much better to be in a challenge with others, the accountability and support makes everything so much easier.

:-) thanks so much. Nice feeling when the kg's come down :) I hope through our journey that we may encourage others as well to live a real healthy lifestyle. Especially our fellow South Africans. We have a concerning increasing rate of escalating obesity. Lol many of my friends and colleagues frown when I share what I eat, their minds need to be de-low-fatted lol

LOL... I know what you mean! Oh well let them have their low fat and fat free foods, lots of bread, pasta and potatoes. Its a free world and we are all entitled to our own personal choices. I truly believe in LCHF, and hopefully stick with it for many more years to come. The exercise aspect also very important tho. No good being slim but your body is flabby and "pap" - therefore its not just what you eat. We can do this!

I am determined never to look back at the ordinary South African kind of diet again. I'm a new member of vitality, just waiting for some documentation - then I'm off joining the gym. :-) In the meantime, I'm still on leave - and am very relaxed in general as far as physical activities are concerned.

Fidodog - Wow! Small world indeed. Marketing of our delicious biltong and droewors - should sky rocket the LCHF world revolution, lol. It's so delicious - and healthy too. You are doing great with your LCHF progress! Well done!
